About the Mentor – Sh. M.K. Raina
Born and bought up in Kashmir, Sh. MK Raina is Civil Engineer 
by profession however Techer at heart. His love for Kashmiri Language has been so immense that he has not only authored books on Kashmiri Language Learning but also produced lessons on How to Read & Write Kashmiri in Devanagari Script, Roman Script and Nastaliq Script.
Raina Saheb is a passionate Teacher and has been conducting Kashmiri Learning Classes since 1996 and Kashmiri Vocabulary classes on internet from January 2019. For the love of the language he has also worked closely with Cyberspace Multimedia (software team) to create Kashmiri Software, called Akruti Arinimal Engine.
He has authored tsók módúr, kénh nón kénh són and silsilûvàr kyah kyah vanû in Kashmiri Language, Pentachord in English and Dictionary of Peculiar & Uncommon Kashmiri Words & Phrases.
He is also editor of monthly e-journal Praagaash.

Smt. Karuna Raina is a Retired Kashmiri Language Teacher. She had been teaching Kashmiri Language in Allahabad University since 1990. Grand mom of three, migrated to New Zealand in 2016.
Her passion for language is never ending and has been associated with KAII since 2019 to create Koshur Language classes.
Smt. Mrinalini Safaya, a passionate home maker; studied and worked in Pune till she got married in the year 2000. She has lived in Srinagar for 17 years and is closely attached with the Kashmiri culture and heritage. Her love for her roots has bought her close to Project Zaan and KAII.
Shivani Bhan Dhar, founder and creator of KashmirAsItIs (कऺशीर यिछ़ छि, तिछ़ॖय). Having a relentless passion to preserve KP culture and Language made me conceive the idea in 2011 to put things together for the future generation in the form of KAII.
Now working together with Sh M.K. Raina to make Koshur Saman-bal (Kosam) a success.
